Adults & Children
Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Our Adult PRP supports individuals ages 18 and up who are living with mental health diagnoses and need additional support outside of traditional therapy. We help clients build daily living skills, strengthen independence, and connect with community resources. Each client works one-on-one with a PRP counselor to develop and achieve personalized goals that promote wellness and stability.

Services are delivered in-home, in the community, or virtually based on each client’s needs. The PRP program is strengths-based, person-centered, and focused on helping clients live meaningful, independent lives.
Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Our Child & Adolescent PRP is designed to support youth ages 5–17 who are living with emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. Working closely with counselors, schools, and therapists, we help young people build skills to succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

- One-on-one support with a trained PRP counselor
- Emotional regulation and coping skills development
- Social and communication skills practice
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving strategies
- Homework help and school readiness support

Services are delivered in the home, school, or community based on each child’s individualized needs. We emphasize positive behavior reinforcement, self-esteem building, and goalsetting to help children and adolescents thrive emotionally and socially.


Substance Use Treatment
Compassionate, nonjudgmental support for recovery
Our Substance Use Treatment Program provides outpatient support for individuals struggling with addiction, substance misuse, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. We offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can begin or continue their recovery journey with the support of licensed professionals and peer advocates.

Our Medication Management services are designed to support individuals who may benefit from psychiatric medications as part of their mental health treatment plan. Led by board-certified psychiatric providers, this service ensures that clients receive safe, effective, and personalized medication support in coordination with their therapy or PRP services.
